8 Dec 2011, Kuala Lumpur – At the Penang Heritage City International Open 2011, IM Nguyen Van Huy of Vietnam is co-leading with Mariano Nelson III of the Philippines after scoring 4.0 points after four rounds of play thus far.
Interestingly, Mark Siew (top pix) of Malaysia is in the top 10 with a largely international group of players from Philippines, Vietnam, India and Singapore, having scored 3.0 points up to round 4.
