Aronian vs Kramnik, Game 2, Live!

22 April 2012, Kuala Lumpur – Levon Aronian plays Vladimir Kramnik in a 6 game match in Zurich from 21st-28th April 2012. Kramnik had announced in Wijk aan Zee Tournament and organised this chess event himself. This chess event was organised in part to help fill the gap in the chess calendar for these players created by the absence of the Linares and Amber tournaments. It will provide the players as additional training for the upcoming Candidates tournament in London now to be held in 2013.

The games are coined the “Zurich Chess Challenge 2012”.

Game 1 was won by Aronian with the black pieces.
