5 September 2013, Kuala Lumpur – The annual UPSI Chess Open is coming this October 25-27, 2013 in Tanjung Malim, Perak. It will be a two-day chess event with a time control of 60 minutes. It is considered a rapid event and will be conducted over a 7 rounds Swiss System.
