19 Nov 2012, Kuala Lumpur – At the Royal Selangor Club, the Group B winner was Mohd Faizal b Roslan with 7.0/7.0 point score!! He beat 44 other players to the rostrum. Second, Subramaniam Sivanesan with 6.0 points and third, Low Chee Pang with 5.5 points.
In Group B, Kong Dak Nam was declared the winner and champion with 6.0 points. Second, Loh Zu Hao and third, Ng Jen Sheng, both scored 6.0 points.
