10 April 2011, Kuala Lumpur – Yesterday the UniKL Bangi Chess Open was held and the winners included Malaysia’s no. 1 player, IM Mas Hafizulhelmi. The winners were as follows:
1. IM Mas Hafizulhelmi who won all 8 rounds,
2. Ahmad Rubel (Indonesian, Malaysian Permanent Resident),
3. Mohd Nabil Azman Hisham,
4. Ian Udani,
Kamaluddin Yusof – top 10 finish.
