21 May 2010 – Here is a new chess tournament in Kangar, Perlis, to be held on the 12th June 2010. The flyer for the tournament from En. Syaifulzamani b Ismail, the tournament director, is as follows:-
If you are in the north, then this is your tournament to join. If you like to travel up north for a change to see Kangar town, this is also your opportunity. If you are after the big bucks, then the open category looks very appealing indeed! If you simply like the challenge and like to travel a little bit, then this tournament is for you.
