18 October 2010, Sibu – Here is an urgent announcement from the organisers of the upcoming Sarawak Open Chess Championship 2010 that will be held 17-19th December 2010.

Kindly take note that the new venue of the tournament is at Premier Hotel, Jalan Kampung Nyabor, Sibu, Sarawak for the 17-19th December 2010. The rates are as shown above.

Sarawak Open Championship 2010

17 September 2010, Sibu – Just received an interesting email from Sarawak Chess Association President, Mr. Lim Kian Hwa about a new chess tournament this coming 17-19 December 2010 to be held at Kingwood Hotel, Jalan Maju, Sibu, Sarawak. The chess tournament is jointly organised by Lanang Chess Association and Sarawak Chess Association.
