15 January 2012, Kuala Lumpur – In Netherlands, the Group B Grandmasters had GM Kateryna Lahno and GM Viktorija Cmilyte playing. One GM won while the other lost to young boy, GM level, of course.
The official website of the tournament reported that in Grandmaster Group B four out of seven games ended in a decision, with Kateryna Lahno awarded the 250-euro Prize for her victory over Holland's Sipke Ernst after a beautiful thematic knight sacrifice: (see diagram) 28.Nf5! and Black's king was soon stripped of al defenders.
